Manon Lescaut at Oper Frankfurt

Alongside her performances at Oper Frankfurt as Nastasya in Tchaikovsky’s Charodeyka, Ms. Grigorian also sings the title-role in Puccini’s Manon Lescaut. Her performance of the role in Robert Carsen’s production at the Wiener Staatsoper earlier this year was described by Olyrix as the following: “The low register is dark, seductive and charismatic, while the rich nuances of the high register are dense, bright and passionate.” This December, Ms. Grigorian is joined by colleagues Joshua Guerrero as Renato des Grieux, Domen Križaj as Lescaut, Alfred Reiter as Geronte de Ravoir and Jonathan Abernethy as Edmondo. Modestas Pitrenas conducts Oper Frankfurt's Chorus and the Frankfurt Opern- und Museumsorchester. 

Performances take place on December 10th, 16th, 23rd, 25th, 31st 2022; and January 6th, 14th and 21st 2023.
